This sea salt tastes exactly as table salt, but comes in bigger granules, perfect for grinding by hand in a mill, or with a mortar and pestle, for cooking or garnishing purposes. It is ideal to salt pasta water, and for when you need visible specks of salt for garnishing, like on top of desserts and cookies, or on focaccia bread, as well as for table use if you prefer freshly ground salt.
