Description
Spanish paprika is slightly hotter than Hungarian paprika, and also the most common paprika variety between the two. Paprika is made by drying and grinding paprika peppers, which are smoked beforehand in the case of smoked paprika. If you like a strong smoky flavor, this should be your paprika of choice. It’s great for dry rubs and marinades, especially on baked chicken and potatoes, fried pork chops, or fried tofu. Also often used as a garnish, sprinkled on top of dishes such as deviled eggs, soups, and potato salad to impart color and kick up the heat just a notch. Naturally vegan and gluten-free.
Available in 1 and 3 ounces.
