Description
Rooibos is a plant native to South Africa which is a naturally decaffeinated and milder alternative to black tea. Sweet and gentle if unfused for under 5 minutes, Rooibos turns full-bodied and with wooden notes if steeped for longer. Cinnamon and apple add a mild, natural sweetness to the Rooibos, rounding up its flavor profile and making for an enjoyable cuppa any time of day, but especially at night-time.
Naturally vegan and caffeine-free.
Steep 1 heaping tsp to in boiling water, and let steep for up to 10 minutes (since this blend does not contain tea, it won’t get bitter even if infused for a long time).
