Description
This seasoning is our interpretation of the classic Montreal steak blend. It contains a mix of different textures, with powdered, cracked, and whole spices, and is therefore ideal to penetrate meat fibers and to draw moisture out of meat, making it a perfect dry rub for any cut of meat. Cracked coriander, dill, and anise seed add a bright, light note to the other classic steak rub ingredients, such as garlic, onion, and black pepper. This seasoning is a great pantry staple, is a perfect complement to steaks, or pork chops, and roasts. You can also use it as a rim spice for Bloody Marys and Ceasars. Naturally vegan and gluten free.
