This fiery curry blend is the spiciest curry blend in our arsenal. Originally from the coastal Indian region of Goa, Vindaloo has now become one of the most well-know curry varieties. A very rich blend of several different spices and chiles, it is traditionally used for chicken, seafood, and potato curries, but is honestly great with any protein. Use as a dry rub for maximum spiciness or mix the powder with yogurt or buttercream to make a marinade that will mellow out the spiciest notes. Naturally vegan and gluten-free.
