If you like it hot, you will like this salt. It is perfect as a finishing salt, adding just a touch of these chiles’ record-breaking heat to finished dishes. Use sparingly in dry rubs and chili dishes, or to cut the heaviness of very buttery dishes such as mac&cheese or risottos.
